In case you missed it, April 21 is the date that Google will drop websites in the search rankings if they are not deemed to be mobile friendly.
MediaGorilla identified this development would be highly likely and have engaged in mobile-friendly website design that is responsive across all devices since it’s inception.
Although Google announced this change in their algorithm back in February, most businesses seem to be largely unaware. Two months is not a long time, particularly if your organisation has a very large established website.
Come 21 April, a lot of small businesses are going to be really surprised that the number of visitors to their websites has dropped significantly. This is going to affect millions of sites on the web.
Not sure if your website will pass the test? You can find out on a special page created by Google here.
